Adam Harringa, Associate Publisher/Editor Fergus Falls Daily Journal Isn't Concerned About Public Safety? Rigging Criminal Trials In Otter Tail County Is A Public Safety Issue, Isn't It?

On March 10, 2015 a copy of my complaint was emailed to Adam Harringa, Associate Publisher/Editor Fergus Falls Daily Journal. Harringa didn't even have the common decency to email me or call me, did he?

Why Should Richard Rapatt Appeal A Case ( Rigged Otter Tail County Court Case 56-CR-12-2353 ) When He Was Convicted On Perjured Testimony? On March 26, 2015 I called and emailed Adam Harringa. Here is Adam Harringa's ridiculous response. This isn't the response that you would expect from someone who claims to be a "watch dog," is it? Sounds more like the response that you expect from a guard dog for a corrupt local government, doesn't it?
